The managers are trained to treat anyone that complains to them with the utmost disrespect. I called to complain to a manager they couldn't care less how their employees treat me or anyone else. I told an Hispanic woman the coupons wouldn't work she said these are photo copied, I told her I just printed them out the day before and were not photo copied. When I tried to use 2 $1 off coupons for Tai-pei dinners they wouldn't work. I was at Walmart today buying $200 worth of groceries. Finally here comes Tabby again and told me the order was going to be right out. I called into customer service and explained to him what was happening. She told me that she would located my order. Finally I called again and lady answered and says she couldnt find my order. So I called into the store again 4 more times, no answer. A guy answered and asked me for my name and when I gave it he said OH # and hung up on me.
I then called back into the store after 15 minutes of waiting. I then got a loader next to my car and asked him if he could get a manager for me. So I called into the store to check to see what time I was able to pick up. So, after I checked in, I received a delayed message on my phone. I got there at 4pm and was told to check in that my order was almost ready. I placed an online order today for 4pm to 5pm pickup time. HERES THE JIST AND THE LETTER I WROTE TO CORP.
